The contest is open to individuals aged 18 and above residing in Nigeria. Employees of Peterman Web Design and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
To participate, you must register with a valid WhatsApp number and email address. Each person may only register one account. Registering multiple accounts using different numbers or emails is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent disqualification.
A valid referral is counted only when: (a) the contest status is Live, (b) the referred person registers using your unique referral link, and (c) the referred person verifies their email address. Self-referrals, referrals using VPNs or bots, and coordinated fake registrations are all invalid and will result in a ban.
Each valid referral earns 10 points. Points are non-transferable. The leaderboard reflects verified referrals only. Peterman Web Design reserves the right to deduct points or disqualify entries found to be fraudulent.
Prizes are awarded to the top 3 participants by total points at the end of the contest period. In the event of a tie, the participant who reached the tied score first (earlier timestamp) wins. Prizes are paid via bank transfer or mobile money to Nigerian accounts only. Winners must respond within 7 days of being contacted or the prize will be forfeited.
Peterman Web Design reserves the right to extend, shorten, pause, or cancel the contest at any time. In the event of cancellation, prizes may be awarded to current top participants at the organiser's discretion.
Any attempt to artificially inflate referral counts — including use of bots, fake accounts, paid referrals, or any other manipulative method — will result in immediate disqualification and a permanent ban. Peterman Web Design's decision on all fraud matters is final.
By entering the contest you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your name and referral count may be publicly displayed on the leaderboard.
Peterman Web Design is not liable for any technical failures, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our control that affect contest participation. We are not responsible for any tax obligations arising from prizes received.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith, or failing that, through the courts of Lagos State.
